When it comes to losing extra body fat, it can feel like an impossible task to do. That is especially true the older you get. I myself have struggled with losing weight, especially after hitting the big 30 and 3 children later. I found that I struggled more after my third child. It was definitely much easier to lose the baby weight after my first 2. Even when working out a few days a week and following a somewhat diet, it just wasn’t enough to lose the weight as I got older. The same methods I used in th3 past just wasn’t working anymore and it was that I didn’t have the metabolism I had as a teenager. I am no personal trainer or even a fitness expert, I am going solely on what has worked best for me regardless of age even in your forties. I have tried many different workout programs and exercises for the the last several years to improve my fitness and tone my body, especially mid section. Having children takes a toll on your abdomen with stretching to accommodate a growing beautiful bundle of job. But after nine months of growing your left with a stretched out stomach that doesn’t fully return to pre pregnancy. The following exercises can be done sole or with your current workout routine. I definitely would recommend doing cardio, as well as total body strength training.
