When it comes to losing extra body fat, it can feel like an impossible task to do. That is especially true the older you get. I myself have struggled with losing weight, especially after hitting the big 30 and 3 children later. I found that I struggled more after my third child. It was definitely much easier to lose the baby weight after my first 2. Even when working out a few days a week and following a somewhat diet, it just wasn’t enough to lose the weight as I got older. The same methods I used in th3 past just wasn’t working anymore and it was that I didn’t have the metabolism I had as a teenager. As you get older your metabolism starts to slow down, so eating a bag of chips, candy, Mac and cheese, potatoes and fast food just wasn’t getting burned off like it use to. The saying is true “ you are what you eat”. If you want to lose that stubborn belly fat you have to change what you put in your body. Food is fuel, so eat foods that are going to give you energy.
